UMPTRACK LLC provides users with a way to request deletion of their UmpTrack account and associated personal data. Deleting the UmpTrack application from your device does not automatically delete your account.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
Sign in to UmpTrack and go to More → Account → Delete Account. Review the permanent-deletion warning and complete the confirmation steps shown in the app. The final confirmation requires an intentional action before deletion is processed.
How to Request Deletion on the Web
If you cannot use the in-app deletion method, send an account-deletion request from the email address associated with your UmpTrack account to support@umptrack.net with the subject “Delete My UmpTrack Account.” If necessary to protect the account, we may ask you to complete reasonable identity-verification steps before processing the request.
What Is Deleted
- Your UmpTrack application account and profile data, subject to the authentication-provider deletion process.
- Game assignments and game history associated with your account.
- Earnings, payment-status, partial-payment, expense, and mileage records associated with your account.
- Performance reviews, ratings, mechanics records, and related self-evaluation information associated with your account.
- Contacts, organizations, leagues, and similar records stored within your account.
- Cloud-synced preferences and other account-specific application data that are not required to be retained.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax/accounting obligations, enforcement of our Terms, or proof that a deletion request was completed. Temporary backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal backup cycles. Retained information will not be used to continue providing a deleted account as an active UmpTrack account.
Subscriptions
If you have an active UmpTrack Pro subscription through Apple or Google, deleting your UmpTrack account does not necessarily cancel that store-managed subscription. UmpTrack will warn you before deletion and provide a way to manage the applicable subscription. You may still choose to delete your UmpTrack account immediately. To prevent future renewal charges, manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable store.
Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. If additional time, information, or verification is reasonably required, we may communicate that to you when appropriate.
